All cells were stained live for HaPrP (green) with monoclonal antibody 3F4 and then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with either anti-GFAP (A and B) or anti-Iba1 (C and D, red). Primary antibodies were visualized with Alexa Fluor-conjugated secondary antibodies as described in Materials and Methods.
