Organ-specific STRS transcript copy number in unstressed wild-type plants

Quantification of transcript copy number was performed by relating the real-time PCR signal for each gene to a standard curve. The target gene transcript copy number was then adjusted for loading differences by dividing by normalized UBQ10 level.
