Results of an RT-PCR experiment demonstrating the expression of the AtCKX2 gene in the transgenic lines tCKX7 and tCKX16. The AtCKX2-specific primers amplify a 307-bp fragment. For the control gene PpACT3 (AY382283), a 320-bp fragment was amplified.
