Average velocity is for moving cells only. ICAM-1 density is 500 molecules per μm2; KIM 185 and mAb 24 at 2 μg/ml; TS2/4 at 10 μg/ml. Stimulation of adhesion by KIM185 is a common observation (34). Data are presented as mean and range of two experiments in which 200 cells were measured for each value.
