From a separate experiment in which Mg2+ was 40 mM to compensate for the higher ATP. The control experiment (40 mM Mg2+ + 30 mM ATP without CCCP) had similar value as the one done at the standard condition (20 mM Mg2+ + 10 mM ATP).
