(A and B) Separase ^Δ/flox iMEF cells expressing mRFP-tagged histone H2B were grown to 100% confluency, infected with the virus, and split 48 h later. After 24 h, live cell imaging was performed using a fluorescence microscope. Stacks of six different z plane images were obtained every 10 min, and projected images for several time points are shown.
