Dorsal stress fibers, transverse arc, and ventral stress fiber are indicated with red, yellow, and green, respectively. The focal adhesions are marked with arrows in both panels. The two arrows at the upper part of the cell (9–18-min frames) indicate two focal adhesions, which both appear to anchor the stress fiber to substrate.
