The kinetics of GFP-H1 and -H5 were analyzed by FRAP in WT and mutant ES cells. The t _1/2 (given in seconds) was measured from the FRAP curves (Fig. 6). The DNA methylation and histone modification data are summarized from Figs. 1 and 4.
