ΔREM, ΔREM OA (obstructive apnoea), ΔREM OH (obstructive hypopnoea), ΔNREM OA, ΔNREM OH are expressed as the difference of the respective variable between night 2 and night 1. All patients were diagnosed as normal based on night 1, but had on the second night an increase in OAI or oAHI that met the criteria for OSAS.
