FACS analyses of purinoceptor (a) and ecto-enzyme (b) expression by transfected HEK cells. HEK cells were transfected with expression constructs for the indicated purinoceptors and ecto-enzymes. Then, 24 h post-transfection, cells were harvested by brief trypsinization and single cell suspensions were stained with serial dilutions of the indicated antisera followed by PE-conjugated antirabbit IgG before FACS analyses.
