Identification of BPV-1 E6-associated protein. COS cells transfected with FLAG-tagged wild-type E6 or mutant E6 DNAs were 35S-labeled, and total cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with M2 FLAG antibody. The immunoprecipitates were analyzed by SDS/PAGE and autoradiography. E6′ is probably a degradation product.
