When regression surfaces did not utilize all linear parameters, the symbol NA (not applicable) is put in place of the estimated value. For example, log(k′d) utilizes a0, a1, and a2 (a quadratic surface); however, log(KN) utilizes only a0 [thus, all values of log(KN) are estimated by the mean value of a0]. CR, credible region.
