Splenocyte proliferation assays. Proliferation by splenocytes in response to Ad/.RSVhAAT. At the indicated days after administration of Ad/.RSVhAAT, splenocyte responses were assessed as described in the Materials and Methods. Results shown are proliferation in response to UV-inactivated Ad/RSVhAAT at the highest concentration of UV inactivated virus tested (10⁸ pfu/ml), which was optimal. [³H]Thymidine uptake from unstimulated and anti-CD3-stimulated cells was similar in each group at each time point.
