Oligoduplexes
The oligoduplexes HEX-21 and HEX-35 are 21 and 35 bp in length, respectively, and contain the specific recognition sequence for SfiI (underlined). Both are labelled with HEX at their 5′ ends. The oligoduplex BIO-30 is a 30-bp DNA, biotinylated at the 5′ end of the top strand and 32P-labelled at the 5′ end of the bottom strand.
