F-actin cosedimentation: yeast actin.
Cosedimentation of talin (○), GST-Tn (•),
GST-Sla2 (▿), and GST (▾) with yeast F-actin was
measured as described in Fig. 2 except for the following changes in
protein concentrations: yeast actin (0–10 μM); talin, GST-Tn,
GST-Sla2, and GST (2.0 μM each).
