Odds ratios for length, weight, FRCpleth and FRCHe are all per unit decrease in the “factor”, eg, odds ratio for length is per cm decrease in length. Odds ratios for FRCHe:FRCpleth and TPTEF:TE are per 0.1 decrease in FRCHe:FRCpleth or TPTEF:TE. Odds ratio for Raw is per unit increase in Raw. p Values are all adjusted for study to allow for differences in baseline factors between the two study groups. The data are presented as the mean (SD).
