(B) *Significantly higher F/G-actin ratios upon PE stimulation compared to corresponding unstimulated values (P < 0.01). **PE-stimulated F/G-actin ratios in tissues producing Abl shRNA are significantly lower than those in untreated tissues or arteries generating Luc shRNA (P < 0.05).
