T1/ST2 expression on T cells obtained from lung tissues after exposure to OVA in the context of GM-CSF. Lungs were collected 48 hours after last exposure and subjected to enzymatic digestion. Cells were stained with mAb’s against CD3, CD4, and T1/ST2 and analyzed by flow cytometry. Histograms were gated on CD3⁺/CD4⁺ T lymphocytes. Open histograms represent the background staining with the isotype control antibody. Data are representative of two independent experiments that yielded similar results.
