A. Dysadherin mRNA is upregulated in human breast epithelial cells transformed by several different oncogenes. Dysadherin mRNA is upregulated in estrogen receptor (ER) negative compared with ER positive breast cancer samples (datamining from clinical microarray results in [30]). C.
