Effects of anti−IL-12 on endotoxin lethality in STAT4–/– mice. Survival was assessed in STAT4–/– mice receiving 300 μg preimmune rabbit IgG or 300 μg anti−IL-12 intravenously just prior to intraperitoneal administration of 3 mg/kg endotoxin.
