Tubulin or GAPDH mRNA expression levels were assessed, respectively, as loading controls. (c) In primary stellate cells activated by growth in primary culture on plastic, transfer to Matrigel led to diminished DDR2 expression after 48 hours in culture, as assessed by Western blot analysis.
