(B and C) HA-tagged HOIL-1 and the indicated fragments of Bach1 with FLAG tag (wild type [WT]) were expressed. Bach1 fragments were purified with anti-FLAG agarose beads, and copurification of HOIL-1 was determined by immunoblotting with anti-HA antibodies (IB : HA) (top panels). The total lysates were also compared to document equal input of proteins (left portions of gels). The asterisk in panel B indicates a cross-reactive band whose identity is not known. The positions of molecular mass markers (in kilodaltons) are indicated to the left of the gel.
