Note low levels of label in both scalpel- and trephine-wounded explants with SOD. Explants were incubated with 1 mg mL⁻¹ hyaluronidase to expose collagen epitopes for 1 h at 37 °C. Epitopes were reacted with Coll2-3/4m (0.5 µg mL⁻¹) overnight at 4 °C and visualized using anti-mouse HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and 3′3-diaminobenzidine peroxidase substrate.
