(B) Identification of PSA1 transgenic mice. Genomic DNA from mouse tails was used to analyze the incorporation of the PSA-1 transgene construct into the mouse genome. Extracted DNA was digested with BamHI, resolved on a 0.7% agarose gel, transferred to a nylon membrane, and probed with labeled PSA cDNA.
