Concentration-dependent HA generation in response to cytokines. Growth-arrested MCs were metabolically labeled with [³H] glucosamine as described in Materials and Methods. They were then incubated with the agents shown for 36 hours. The conditioned medium and cell extracts were then processed and HA-specific activity counted as described.
