Effects of EGb 761 on GFAP expression in astrocytoma cells. Astrocytoma U373 cells (A and C) and its derivative Tat-expressing cells (U373-Tat) (C and D) were treated with EGb 761 (A and B) or CP160 (C and D) at indicated concentrations for 3 days and then harvested for total RNA isolation and cell lysates.
