TLR2-mediated enrichment of CD86 and MHCII expression by PSA-stimulated BMDCs

BMDCs derived from either wild-type or TLR2−/− C57BL/6J mice were incubated for 24 h with 100 μg/ml PSA or medium alone. The expression of the MHCII molecule and the co-stimulatory molecule CD86 was determined by flow cytometry. The percentage of cells expressing either of these surface molecules is reported.
