LP mononuclear cells were obtained from terminal ilea of SAMP1/YitFc mice and plated for 2 h at 37°C. Adherent cells were recovered and stained for three color flow cytometry as per Materials and methods. Cells were gated on FSC, SSC, CD45^neg, CD31⁺. (B) PSGL-1 expression was determined within the CD45^neg, CD31⁺ gated cells (unshaded histogram) and compared with cells stained with isotype mAb control (shaded histogram). (C) Reactivity with P-sel–IgG chimera was determined in CD45^neg, CD31⁺ gated cells. Representative data from four (A and B) and two (C) independent experiments, respectively, are shown.
