Purified CD4+ T cells from WT and Par-4-deficient mice were untreated (empty bars) or stimulated (black bars) with 10 µg/ml of anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 (5 µg/ml) for 96 h, after which the release of (A) IFNγ and (B) IL-4 to the supernatant was determined. Results are the mean ± SD of one experiment representative of another two with similar results, and with incubations carried out in duplicate.
