Low extracellular Ca²⁺ inhibits cytosolic Ca²⁺ elevation in TG-treated cells. WEHI7.2 cells (A) and W.Hb12 cells (B) were incubated in medium containing 1.3 mM Ca²⁺ or 0.13 mM Ca²⁺, in the presence or absence of 100 nM TG, for 4 h before loading with Fura-2 AM. Cytosolic Ca²⁺ concentration was measured according to Fura-2 fluorescence. Symbols represent the mean ± SE of multiple determinations in three separate experiments.
