Kinetics of transport of ¹²⁵I-tetanus toxin C fragment through intracellular compartments in Mel JuSo cells transfected with mIgG. Cells were allowed to internalize ¹²⁵I-tetanus toxin C fragment for 5 min, followed by a chase for the times indicated in the different panels.
