Axl2/Bud10p is improperly localized in pmt4 mutants. IH1783 cells (PMT4, a–f) or SY450 cells (pmt4::LEU2, g–l) carried pAH14, a low-copy plasmid encoding Axl2/Bud10p-GFP. Cells were grown to early log phase, sonicated, and visualized by fluorescence microscopy.
