Undifferentiated DPSCs were either left untreated or treated with vitamin C (20 mM) or NAC (20mM) for 18 hours after which they were washed and stained with FITC- Annexin V and Propidium Iodide and analyzed by EPICs ELITE flow cytometer to determine the percentages of cell death in each sample.
