Embryos from homozygous mutant or wild-type (N2) mothers were stained with LET-2 and UNC-54 antisera. Only embryos that showed UNC-54 stain were examined. At least 30 embryos were scored for each strain at each temperature.
The percentage of twofold stage or later embryos that showed strong intracellular LET-2 stain in body wall muscle cells.
The percentage of twofold stage or later embryos that showed strong LET-2 stain of the pharyngeal basement membrane.
