Localization of endogenous ZAP-70 in Jurkat T cells. Staining with ZAP 4 anti–ZAP-70 antiserum in Jurkat T cells reveals specific cortical staining (A) which was abrogated by the addition of blocking peptide, to which the antiserum was raised during the primary staining step (B).
