Moesin does not interact directly with Rho or Rac. 5 μg aliquots of GST, GST-RhoGAP, and GST-moesin were spotted onto nitrocellulose and the filter blocked with blocking buffer. The filter was then incubated with 0.1 μg of [γ³²P]GTP-loaded Rho or Rac and subjected to autoradiography.
