 THP-1 and HL-60 cells were treated with 1 ng/ml TGF-β and 50 nM dihydroxyvitamin D3 for 20 h, and subsequently incubated with 0.2 nM of the indicated effectors for 30 min. Numbers refer to percentages of adherent cells relative to total cell number. The data represent the average of three experiments performed in duplicate.
