7B2 does not modify the pattern of digestion of native proPC2 by N-glycanase F. AtT-20 cells that express PC2 alone or also 7B2 were labeled for 10 min and directly extracted or chased for 30 min before extraction. ProPC2 was immunoprecipitated under native conditions and digested with N-glycanase F as described in Materials and Methods. The reaction was stopped by addition of Laemmli sample buffer and boiled for 5 min before separation of proteins by SDS-PAGE.
