Immunogold labeling of DLP1 showing DLP1 on ER cisternae. Ultrathin cryosections of rat liver were immunolabeled with rabbit anti-DLP1 (DLP-N) followed by goat anti–rabbit IgG 10 nm gold. DLP1 labeling is observed over parallel ER cisternae (rER and arrowheads), and tubular reticular network profiles (small arrows), some of which surround the Golgi apparatus (G).
