Structural and functional avidity of cdr2-specific T cell clones. (A) CD8⁺ T cells from the AAD 290 CTL line (after the 6th in vitro restimulation) and eight daughter CTL clones were stained with A2.1/cdr2 (290) tetramer (red line) or control [A2.1/cdr2 (289–297) (blue line), or FluM1 (green line)] tetramers and analyzed by FACS.
