Immunohistochemical staining of the CD30+ enriched cells from the lymph node of a HDlp patient (case 14740) on a cytospin slide. The nuclei of the cells are stained with hematoxyline and CD30 expression is visualized by the use of a specific avidin biotin complex staining.
