Southern blotting showing the restriction pattern of C. cohnii DNA by HpaII and MspI without any treatment; after treating with 200 μM 5Aza and after treating with 1.2 mM L-Eth. Higher the digestibility of CcAdoMetS gene by HpaII indicated higher degree of inhibition of DNA methylation.
