Western blotting pattern of vinexin. Protein samples extracted from LLC-PK1, HeLa, NIH 3T3, undifferentiated C2C12, and differentiated C2C12 cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE. This figure shows their Western blotting patterns using affinity-purified polyclonal antibody prepared against a recombinant vinexin fragment. Note that at least in HeLa and differentiated C2C12 cells there are additional bands other than vinexin α and β (see text).
