Note the improved restoration of muscle structure in cases of D41 and D45 combinations with D1 suggesting independent and additive mechanisms of suppression. In the case of the D1/ D62 combination, although there is an additional improvement in the restoration of sarcomere and filament array, there is a new structural feature: the frequent assembly of thick filaments in pairs.
