Immunostaining of the embryos by either anti-p38 antibody (A and C) or anti–dp-p38 antibody (B and D) after UV irradiation (312 nm) for 10 min from 10 mpf (A and B) or from 25 mpf (C and D) was viewed using a confocal microscope.
