(b) Crystals of FtHAP obtained after optimizing the crystallization condition to 10%(v/v) Tacsimate, 0.1 M HEPES pH 7.0 and 19%(w/v) PEG 3350. This crystal has dimensions of 0.4 × 0.4 × 0.7 mm. The smallest division of the ruler in both panels corresponds to 0.02 mm.
