Internalized Tac-furin colocalizes with LDL in sorting and then late endosomes en route to the TGN. TRVb-1/TTF cells were incubated for 5 min with A488–anti-Tac (green) and DiI-LDL (red), then chased for 5 (A), 15 (B), 30 (C), or 40 min (D). Cells were fixed and imaged by confocal microscopy.
