TABLE 1. Amounts of glycerophosphocholine lipid species in INS-1 cells with different levels of iPLA₂β expression.

Phospholipids were extracted from control or iPLA₂β-KD INS-1 cells, and lipid phosphorus (P) was measured. Internal standard 14:0/14:0-GPC was added, and GPC lipid-Li⁺ adducts were analyzed by ESI/MS. GPC species identities were determined by MS/MS, and their quantities were determined relative to 14:0/14:0-GPC with a standard curve. Mean values ± S.E. (n = 6) are tabulated.
