Northern analysis of expression of AtMRP1 transcript in roots, stems, leaves, and flowers of A. thaliana. Total RNA (10 μg per lane) was extracted, separated, blotted, and hybridized with ³²P-labeled, random-primed AtMRP1 as described in Materials and Methods. The 5.3-kb band indicated was the only ³²P-labeled band detected.
