Proliferation of naïve mouse splenic lymphocytes as reflected by the optical density (o.d.) of BrdU incorporation after exposure to A. phagocytophilum purified membranes (Ap membranes), cytosol (Ap cytosol), whole bacterial cells (Ap cells), ConA, and medium only.
